Apple-Cranberry Casserole

3 cups unpeeled apples, sliced (we used Fuji)
2 cups fresh cranberries
1 ½ cups sugar
1 stick melted margarine
¾ tsp. salt
½ cup flour
½ cup chopped pecans
½ cup brown sugar
1 ½ cups old fashioned oats
Mix apples, cranberries and sugar.  Place in a greased 9 x 13 pan.  Top with mixture of brown sugar, melted margarine, oats, salt, flour and pecans.  Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Lisa’s Notes: Jo Womble cooked this scrumptious casserole for our Bible study group and we all wanted the recipe. You know when you take a dish somewhere and more than 3 people ask for the recipe, it’s a keeper. This is easy to make and great to take to a group event. This recipe has all the flavors of Fall and the holidays with the apples, pecans and cranberries.
